About The Position
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering team. The role is responsible for ensuring hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Technician assists with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities to help provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members. Requirements
- Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
- Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Support other departments when needed.
- Follow all emergency and safety procedures.
