About The Position

Trailpoint Village is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment for residents. CNAs support residents’ well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, offering companionship and reassurance, and providing individualized attention that emphasizes dignity and respect. They collaborate with nursing and facility teams to deliver coordinated care and demonstrate American Senior Communities’ C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide nursing services.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
