About The Position

Trailpoint Village is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living and provides companionship and reassurance while supporting each resident’s dignity, respect, and individualized attention. This opportunity is for every-other-weekend shifts, with days and evenings available, and full-time and part-time opportunities. The stated earning potential is $20–$23 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.

• Provide nursing services and assist residents with mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
