About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist managers with smooth operations and customer service. The role is customer-facing and includes general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer assistance across store, restaurant, and truck care departments. Technicians use various tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance. No experience is required; training is provided. The position is part-time.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, assist customers, resolve issues, and support a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections, as well as other assigned duties.
- Potentially cross-train in departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
