About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join a condominium maintenance team. The technician performs general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance to help keep the property, common areas, and facilities safe, clean, and in excellent working condition. The role works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to address maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the appearance and functionality of the condominium community. This is a part-time position scheduled Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pay is up to $25, depending on experience. Applicants must meet the qualifications and live within 30 minutes of the Southeast Palm Beach area.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the condominium property.
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, common areas, and community facilities.
Perform basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets.
Perform minor electrical repairs, including changing light fixtures, bulbs, switches, and outlets, as qualified.
Complete basic carpentry, drywall repairs, patching, painting, and touch-up work.
Assist with preventative maintenance of building equipment and systems.
Maintain hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and other common areas.
Respond to maintenance requests from management and address issues in a timely manner.
Assist with pool area, clubhouse, and recreational facility maintenance as needed.
Monitor building conditions and report major repairs or safety concerns.
Assist with vendor access and coordinate maintenance-related projects when necessary.
Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas organized.
Follow safety procedures and condominium maintenance standards.
