About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in maintaining smooth operations and serving customers. This is a customer-facing position that includes general customer service duties, such as assisting customers, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Technicians assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs. They use various tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, which may include equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. Safety and customer satisfaction are priorities, and employees must comply with company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
