About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in maintaining smooth operations so customers can be served promptly. This customer-facing role includes general customer service, assisting customers, resolving issues, and helping ensure a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The technician supports store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service. Duties may include using tools and equipment for facility cleaning and maintenance, repairing and maintaining equipment such as HVAC, fuel, service truck, and refrigeration systems, pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, including cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. Safety and customer satisfaction are priorities, and employees must follow company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service, assist customers, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
