About The Position

Love's is hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician to help provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. The role also supports the manager in maintaining smooth operations and contributes to customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. This is a customer-facing position that includes general customer service, cleaning, maintenance, and stocking support for store, restaurant, and truck care departments. The technician uses tools and equipment for facility upkeep and may assist with equipment repair and maintenance, site inspections, pressure washing, and plumbing repairs. Additional duties may include cross-training in cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. Safety and customer satisfaction are priorities, and the position requires moving or lifting more than 25 pounds and working in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Assist with equipment repair and maintenance, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Potentially cross-train in store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
