Maintenance Technician Part Time

About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while assisting managers with smooth operations and customer service. No prior experience is required; training is provided. This is a customer-facing role that includes helping customers, resolving issues, and supporting a positive customer experience. Technicians may assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments and may cross-train in other departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance for HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Potentially cross-train in roles such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
