About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while supporting managers in keeping operations running smoothly and serving customers. This is a customer-facing position that includes general customer service, assistance with facility and equipment maintenance, and support for store, restaurant, and truck care departments. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The role is part time.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, assistance, issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections, along with other assigned duties.
- Potentially cross-train in departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
