Maintenance Technician Part Time

About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure Love’s facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained, while assisting managers with smooth operations and prompt customer service. This is a customer-facing position that includes general customer service, assisting customers, resolving issues, and supporting a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Technicians assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service. They use various tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including work involving equipment repair and maintenance, HVAC and fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, pressure washing, plumbing, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as cashiering, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. Safety and customer satisfaction are priorities, and employees must follow company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Perform equipment repair and maintenance involving systems and equipment such as HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Cross-train in other departments as needed, potentially including cashiering, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Follow company safety policies and procedures and prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.
