About The Position

As a Maintenance Tech I at WorldMark St. George Resort, you will provide quality maintenance results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep resort units and buildings in proper working order. Under supervision, you will perform general facility maintenance, service requests and repairs, maintenance work for make-ready units, and general fixture repairs and replacements. You will also help maintain the exterior landscape, inspect building systems, report deficiencies to a supervisor, and follow company safety programs.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
• Complete service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair or replace general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
