About The Position

Requirements

Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills is required.
Working knowledge of appliance repair.

Responsibilities

Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Monitor and repair the HVAC system for the entire facility.
Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, silver brazing, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
Replace breakers, ballasts, and other electrical fixtures, including switches and sockets, and prevent and troubleshoot potential electrical hazards.
Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas, and grounds as required.
Maintain preventive maintenance programs for systems such as HVAC and boilers.
