About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will help provide quality guest experiences by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep resort units and buildings in working order. The role performs intermediate facilities maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior repairs, completes preventive maintenance, inspects building systems, and follows company safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and complete repairs as needed.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot potential electrical hazards.
• Complete preventive maintenance programs on systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, applying texture, and painting.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to company safety programs.
• Provide customer service and help ensure each unit and building is in working order.
