About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for WorldMark Bend Seventh Mountain Resort. The role provides general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production, helping ensure guest units and resort buildings are in good working order. The technician completes service requests and repairs, performs make-ready work, handles basic fixture repairs and replacements, maintains outdoor areas, and inspects building systems. The position is full-time and pays $21 per hour.

Requirements

• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
• Complete service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work on make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures and perform repairs involving doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up litter, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
