About The Position

The Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Tech I) performs general facility and unit maintenance at WorldMark Bass Lake Resort to ensure guest units and buildings are in good working order. The role provides service requests and repairs under supervision, supports make-ready units, and helps maintain the property's interior and exterior spaces. The position requires open availability between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. for an eight-hour shift.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Basic handyman skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Open availability between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. for an eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient operations.
• Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform directed maintenance work for make-ready units.
• Repair or replace general fixtures and items such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain the outside landscape, including emptying trash, picking up litter, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
