About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician I for WorldMark Bass Lake Resort. The role provides maintenance services that help ensure guest units and resort buildings are in good working order and support a high-quality vacation experience. Under supervision, the technician performs general facility maintenance, handles service requests and repairs, prepares units, maintains outdoor areas, and reports building-system deficiencies. The position requires open availability, one year of maintenance experience, basic handyman skills, a professional appearance, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision while preserving quality and efficient production.
• Complete service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work on make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic repair and replacement knowledge to fixtures and items such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
