About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help provide quality results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep resort units and buildings in proper working order. Under supervision, you will perform general facility maintenance, service requests and repairs, and make-ready unit maintenance. The role also includes inspecting building systems, maintaining outside landscaping, and following company safety programs.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient production.
• Complete service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair or replace general fixtures and components, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscaping.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
