About The Position
The Maintenance Technician III at WorldMark Marble Falls Resort provides quality maintenance results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep each unit and building in proper working order. The position maintains facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and performs repairs and preventative maintenance across units, common areas, and grounds.
Requirements
- Certification or demonstrated skill in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is required.
- Working knowledge of appliance repair.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Monitor and repair the HVAC system throughout the facility.
- Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs, using methods and materials including soldering, silver brazing, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
- Replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot potential electrical hazards.
- Perform preventative maintenance on units, common areas, and grounds.
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs for systems such as HVAC and boilers.
