About The Position

Berkshire Residential Investments is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help preserve the physical attributes of the property and support management in maintaining community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures. The technician helps ensure safety, maintains the shop and company equipment, supports inventory control and key security, and inspects the property to maintain its curb appeal. The role also provides customer service to prospective and existing residents and teammates. Requirements

At least one year of prior experience with the maintenance needs of a community.
Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Ability to use computers and related applications.
