About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and support managers in maintaining smooth operations and serving customers. This is a customer-facing role that includes general customer service, assistance with issues, and promoting a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role supports store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service. Work may involve maintaining and repairing facility equipment and systems, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
No experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections, along with other assigned duties.
Potentially cross-train in store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
