About The Position

Ace Precision is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facilities maintenance and janitorial work at its Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin location. The role helps keep the workplace clean, safe, organized, and efficient through hands-on cleaning, basic maintenance, supply inventory, and outdoor upkeep. The position is full-time on the first shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; voluntary overtime is available. The company describes a clean, organized shop, tools provided for the work, and support and mentorship from experienced technicians.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Sweep and mop shop areas and operate floor scrubbers.
Clean machines and perform simple maintenance tasks, including painting, changing filters, and replacing light bulbs.
Maintain landscaping, shovel snow, and keep outdoor areas safe and welcoming.
Clean offices, break areas, and restrooms.
Inventory supplies and ensure they are stocked.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and comply with safety policies.
Assist in other areas as needed.
