About The Position

Ace Precision is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform facilities maintenance and janitorial work, helping keep workplace areas clean, safe, and efficient. The position is described as full-time and located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The stated schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; voluntary overtime is available. The role supports shop, office, breakroom, restroom, and outdoor-area upkeep, along with basic facility and machine maintenance.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) credential.
Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Sweep and mop shop areas and operate floor scrubbers.
Clean machines and perform simple maintenance tasks, including painting, changing filters, and replacing light bulbs.
Maintain landscaping, shovel snow, and keep outdoor areas safe and welcoming.
Clean offices, break areas, and restrooms.
Inventory supplies and ensure they are stocked.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and comply with safety policies.
Assist in other areas as needed.
