About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician III for the Renaissance Columbus Hotel in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The role is part of the hotel’s Engineering team and supports preventive maintenance of guest rooms, general hotel maintenance, routine and major repairs, and completion of work orders in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards. The position involves using hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery. The hotel emphasizes guest satisfaction, excellent-quality work, and a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment, or building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers, and mechanical systems.
• Enjoy working with people and take pride in ensuring guest satisfaction and providing excellent-quality work.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications are a plus.
