About The Position

The Maintenance Technician III works with the hotel’s Engineering team to perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, general hotel maintenance, routine and major repairs, and work orders in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards. The role uses hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery. The position is at the Renaissance Columbus Hotel in downtown Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment, or building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers, and mechanical systems.
• Enjoy working with people and take pride in ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Provide excellent quality work in accordance with high standards.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications are a plus.
