About The Position

The Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) repairs and maintains physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings and completes assigned work orders using general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. The role also supports the preventative maintenance schedule. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of technical experience in maintenance.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
