Maintenance Technician I: WorldMark Long Beach
About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician I at WorldMark Long Beach, you will provide quality maintenance results for guests by using maintenance skills and customer service expertise to help keep each unit and building in good working order. You will perform general facility maintenance under supervision, complete directed service requests and repairs, and carry out maintenance work for make-ready units. Work includes basic repairs and replacement of general fixtures, cleaning and maintaining outside landscape areas, inspecting building systems, reporting deficiencies to a supervisor, and following company safety programs.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
- Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
- Basic handyman skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
- Perform directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
- Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
- Repair and replace general fixtures and complete basic repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
- Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up litter, and performing general landscape work.
- Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
