Part-Time Maintenance Tech (AM Shift)
About The Position
CSI International Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable maintenance worker to inspect equipment and perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance. The role supports building and facility operations through mechanical troubleshooting, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and event setup. The position is part-time, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Requirements
- Proven facilities maintenance experience.
- Black Seal License required.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to consult blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; the employer uses E-Verify.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Related degree from a technical college preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs, including changing light bulbs.
- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and repair it as necessary.
- Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
- Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
- Repair and paint building components, including doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and roofs.
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
- Assist with conference room and event setup.
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose and correct mechanical issues.
- Monitor boiler operations and hot water systems using BAS.
