About The Position

The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is hiring a part-time janitor to service client properties across the island, including office suites, professional buildings, education and medical facilities, and financial institutions. Janitors represent the company to its clients and help them maintain a positive impression with employees and customers. The role requires a reliable, hardworking, self-motivated professional with high standards for customer satisfaction and problem solving. The schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The position offers a consistent schedule at the same location, although the posting also states a willingness to work up to 40 or more hours per week and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

Must be able to operate a floor machine.
Must be able to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
Clear and effective communication skills; basic English proficiency is necessary.
Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Hiring is contingent on clearing a criminal background check.

Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required.
