About The Position

The Facilities Group National is seeking an energetic cleaner to maintain clients’ facilities and keep buildings clean and in good condition. The role involves completing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, using cleaning products and basic equipment safely, and working independently or with a team. The position is part time and scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Some cleaning experience.
• Basic knowledge of various cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the building.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills using appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and notify supervisors or managers about major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
