It also includes troubleshooting out-of-service equipment, mentoring maintenance personnel, assisting other mechanics, and performing facility/building project work. The position requires documenting all work in the CMMS and ticketing systems, analyzing production delays, and certifying on industrial lift equipment. Additionally, the role may involve overseeing projects, monitoring junior engineers, and learning new equipment as it is introduced.
