About The Position

Tarantino Properties is seeking experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at its apartment communities in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing apartment systems, preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status, maintaining grounds and common areas, and providing residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical systems.
• HVAC (EPA) certification.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Oversee and support a maintenance team.
