About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for property maintenance and resident service at The Baldwin. The role calls for a customer-service-focused professional who takes ownership of maintenance responsibilities, responds promptly to resident requests, and helps maintain the property. Requirements

• Certified plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with, or interest in, a supervisory role.
• Experience or skills in areas such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, or heat pumps.

Nice To Haves

• EPA or CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents with great customer service and take ownership of the role at the property.
• Complete resident and property service requests and respond to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in preventive maintenance, including pool maintenance, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
