About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the property and serving residents through responsive, professional customer service. The role completes resident and property service requests, participates in preventative maintenance, and cares for the property’s supplies, tools, and equipment. The position calls for plumbing expertise and experience with, or an interest in, supervision. Relevant maintenance skills include HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.

Requirements

• Certified plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Experience with, or desire to be in, a supervisory role.
• Skills or experience in areas such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• EPA or CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the maintenance role at the property and provide residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests and respond to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in preventative maintenance, including pool maintenance, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• Clean work areas, tools, and equipment; care for, maintain, and inventory property or management-company supplies and equipment.
