Requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee general repairs to apartments and building common areas and grounds.
Coordinate vacant apartment preparation, including apartment turns.
Handle or oversee snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
Order maintenance equipment and supplies.
Maintain records and accept deliveries.
Move appliances and perform other job-related duties.
Develop, train, coach, and support staff.
Provide customer service and solve maintenance problems.
Apply knowledge of budgetary control.
