About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs at Caviata at Kiley Ranch, an apartment community in Sparks, Nevada. The position encompasses maintenance operations, staff oversight, resident service requests, safety, preventive maintenance records, and equipment upkeep.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience working with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades.
• Team-player attitude and superior customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff.
• Manage the system for handling resident service requests.
• Assist the manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.
