About The Position
Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed for Jefferson, GA and Hoschton, GA. This position is for a 150-unit, Class AA Community and will be split between two properties. The role involves being part of a two-person maintenance team, working Monday - Friday, with an on-call rotation. A team player with excellent customer service skills is required. Full background verification is necessary.
Requirements
- EPA Certification is required.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
