Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
• A minimum of two (2) years of apartment maintenance experience
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• On-call availability required

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling service requests
• Completing apartment turns and punch work
• Maintaining grounds and curb appeal
• Debris removal
• Performing general plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and painting tasks
• Maintaining a safe and organized maintenance shop
• Managing inventory records
• Minimizing property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
• Training, directing, supervising, and motivating maintenance team members
• Ensuring residents are provided with safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing
• Representing Pedcor Homes Corporation professionally with coworkers, residents, and the public
