Requirements
- Associate’s degree or technical program certificate; OR 5+ years of related experience and training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
- Proven experience directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC systems.
- Experience developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas verbally and in writing.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic PLC knowledge required.
- Must be a motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn and the ability to lead others.

- SAP experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and equipment repair schedules
- Monitor and reduce machine downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repairs
- Diagnose and assist with resolution of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues
- Promote and enforce a “Safety First” culture across the maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and food safety standards
- Assist in training, evaluating, and developing maintenance employees
- Partner with production and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Perform additional duties as required to support business operations
