About The Position
US Concerts is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member to keep the Aragon Ballroom show-ready and create an excellent fan experience. The role performs diversified cleaning and maintenance duties to support venue operations and business goals. Responsibilities include keeping the venue safe and clean during the day and preparing it for the next scheduled show.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to walk and climb stairs constantly and lift and carry 50 pounds or more; occasional sitting is required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls.
- Keep guest-facing areas free of trash.
- Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Clean and prepare the venue for the next show on the roster.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly and clean equipment.
- Assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
