About The Position

US Concerts is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member to keep the venue show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. The role performs diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes, supporting the venue’s business goals and objectives. It also includes daytime venue cleaning and preparing the venue for its next scheduled show.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to perform constant walking, stair climbing, and lifting and carrying of 50 lbs. or more, with occasional sitting.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe and clean during the day.
• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls.
• Keep guest-facing areas free of trash.
• Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Clean and prepare the venue for the next show on the roster.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other assigned cleaning duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
