About The Position

The Maintenance Operations Manager oversees the scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks, manages maintenance personnel, and coordinates service projects to keep locations in pristine condition and uphold quality and operational standards. The role also coordinates company vehicle servicing, manages medium-scale projects, conducts inspections, maintains maintenance records, and reports to leadership.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and vendors.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

A degree in facilities management or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all locations.
Ensure routine maintenance activities are completed on time and meet company standards.
Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, fostering accountability and professionalism.
Monitor personnel performance and promptly address personnel issues.
Schedule and manage service and repair appointments for company vehicles.
Keep vehicle maintenance records up to date and ensure vehicles remain in optimal working condition.
Coordinate and manage medium-scale projects, including pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and other location-specific needs.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and timeliness.
Conduct inspections to verify maintenance tasks and projects meet company standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide regular reports to leadership.
