About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Manager coordinates and oversees facility maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and renovations at Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast in Pensacola, Florida. The role supports laboratory operations by maintaining facility systems and equipment, overseeing contractors, keeping maintenance documentation current, and serving as the primary contact for facility-related issues, both emergency and non-emergency. The manager also trains Maintenance Technicians and coordinates recurring evaluations of internal facility systems. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with scheduled hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates within commuting distance of Pensacola are encouraged to apply. The stated pay range is $20–$30 per hour; actual base pay may vary based on relevant experience and skills, internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.

Requirements

At least 5 years of supervisory management responsibility in a laboratory setting.
Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Strong leadership, initiative, and team-building skills.
Reliability, responsibility, and the highest integrity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a changing schedule.

Ensure facility maintenance documentation is current.
Coordinate and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly evaluations of internal facility systems.
Ensure facility-related equipment, including HVAC equipment, is functioning properly.
Train Maintenance Technicians to carry out their job responsibilities.
Serve as the primary contact for emergency and non-emergency facility-related issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
