About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join the legal team in Tampa or Pensacola, Florida. The role provides legal services to clients and requires strong analytical, communication, research, and writing skills, as well as a commitment to professional integrity.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Criminal background check screening requirement.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal forums.
- Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal trends.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
