Maintenance Manager - Operations
About The Position
Under the general direction of the Facilities Administrator, the Maintenance Manager manages day-to-day maintenance operations for all Agency-owned and leased facilities. The role plans, assigns, schedules, and reviews the work of the maintenance workforce; administers preventive and corrective maintenance and the work order program; and manages maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles. The Manager also performs skilled and semi-skilled trades work as required and ensures work is performed safely, to trade standards, and in compliance with applicable codes, licensing requirements, and Agency policy.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance operations for Agency-owned and leased facilities.

- Administer the preventive and corrective maintenance program and work order program.
- Manage maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles.
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled trades work as required.
- Ensure work is performed safely, to trade standards, and in compliance with applicable codes, licensing requirements, and Agency policy.
