About The Position

Under the general direction of the Facilities Administrator, the Maintenance Manager oversees the day-to-day maintenance operation for all Agency-owned and leased facilities. The role plans, assigns, schedules, and reviews the work of the maintenance workforce; administers preventive and corrective maintenance and the work order program; and manages maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles. The manager also performs skilled and semi-skilled trades work as required and ensures that work is completed safely, to trade standards, and in compliance with applicable codes, licensing requirements, and Agency policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations for Agency-owned and leased facilities.
