The position develops and improves maintenance plans and schedules for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance; monitors performance and training requirements; and develops action plans when performance measures fall below target. It also plans and executes capital expenditure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, and supports management-system best practices, including ISO and KORE Standards. The work environment is approximately 25% office-based and 75% industrial. It is noisy and not temperature-controlled, with elevated equipment noise requiring hearing protection. Some outside work may be required. Weekend work, including some holidays, is required as scheduled to support customer demand and project work.
