About The Position

Palms Associates, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant (Apartment Turn Technician) for Oldfield Mews Apartments & Townhomes, a 348-unit community in Bluffton, South Carolina. The role primarily focuses on apartment turns and interior repairs to prepare homes for incoming residents. Requirements

One year of apartment turnover or general maintenance experience is preferred.
Basic carpentry and repair skills, such as drywall repair, door installation, and minor interior repairs, are a plus.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is a plus.
Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability is a plus.
