About The Position

Ron Tonkin Honda is looking for a high-energy Main Line Advisor to join their growing team. As the only Honda dealership in Portland, the business is booming, and they need a communicator who thrives on the fast-paced connection between guests and technicians. This role is for someone with a bright personality, a knack for sales, and a passion for people.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Automotive Advising experience (strongly recommended)
• Prior CDK experience (strongly recommended)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the shop and the guest, explaining repairs and technical needs clearly
• Maximize technician productivity by meeting and exceeding sales forecasts
• Help guests prioritize essential services and provide options that fit their needs
• Proactively update customers on completion times, costs, and any changes in the repair process
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling like a VIP
