About The Position
Hendrickson is hiring Machine Operators for its manufacturing and distribution operations just north of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role involves operating production machines and equipment to meet minimum standards, setting up machines as requested, performing minor maintenance, and keeping the machine and work area clean while following safe work habits. The position offers weekly pay, direct hire, benefits eligible after 30–60 days, and assistance paying for college.
Requirements
- Strong attendance history.
- Able to read and write legibly in English.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Meet production-servicing standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machines and equipment at or above minimum standards.
- Perform machine setups as requested.
- Perform minor maintenance on machines and equipment, including lubrication and minor maintenance checks.
- Keep the machine and work area clean and use safe work habits.
